Clinical Supervision
The scientific literature identifies 'trust' as one of the key contributing factors to an effective clinical supervision. For this reason, my approach to clinical supervision is both person-centred and evidence-based. The structure and content of my clinical supervision are based on your personal and professional needs as a person and as a clinician, and your preferred expertise. I am adept at CBT for psychosis and enhanced CBT for eating disorder. I typically employ Hawkin and Shohet's (1985) Seven Eyed Supervision Model because of its comprehensive approach to therapeutic processes.

Clinical supervision at Tutum Psychology is safe, respectful, and non-judgemental. A space for you to reflect, gain a peer opinion if required, or just check in. It can be as little or as often as you require.
